Payment

You can make payments using Dankort, MobilePay, Vipps, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, eDankort, American Express, or PayPal.

Delivery

Orders are shipped via GLS. For purchases within Denmark over DKK 500 or within the EU over €70, shipping is free.

For orders under DKK 500 or €70, a delivery fee of DKK 50 applies for shipments within Denmark, while EU orders incur a fee of €10-15.

All orders are packed within 24 hours from the time of purchase; however, same-day shipping is unavailable. Orders placed after 10 am will be dispatched the following business day. For this reason, if you order today, your package will be shipped tomorrow. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Typically, orders arrive within 3-6 business days after they are processed. However, delivery times may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances with GLS.

Agreement Parties:

  • The term "Purchaser" refers to an individual acting mainly in a personal capacity, not as part of a profession, who submits an order to Treasured Services and makes an offer for the purchase of goods.
  • "Treasured Services" refers to the company accepting the Purchaser’s order and processing the requested goods, as well as the website used to showcase and sell products.

Prices

All prices are listed as daily rates and apply only on the date of the order. Prices are subject to change.
The listed prices include 25% VAT unless otherwise specified.

Order Process

Product listings on Treasured Services, along with their prices, are not considered binding offers but rather invitations to buy.
When you place an order, this constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected goods under the stated terms.

A purchase contract between you and Treasured Services is only confirmed once your order has been accepted through an official confirmation.

Payment Information

Your payment details are transmitted securely (SSL-encrypted) to PBS, ensuring that only you and PBS are able to view the information. No third parties, including us, have access to these details.

For payments made via MobilePay and other cards, we only charge your account when the product ships.

Transfer of Risk

The risk for accidental damage or loss transfers to you only after the goods are delivered and are in your possession.

Complaints

Treasured Services follows the Danish Sales Act, which includes a 2-year warranty on products for defects in materials and manufacturing. Depending on the circumstances, faulty items may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or discounted. However, the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, neglect, or unauthorized interventions.

If you wish to lodge a complaint, you must describe and, if requested, document the defect. If the complaint is upheld, reasonable return shipping costs will be reimbursed.

    Treasured Services does not guarantee the timely delivery or condition of the goods if delays or damages are caused by the Buyer’s own actions, or by extraordinary events such as war, natural disasters, government intervention, strikes, or similar occurrences beyond our control.

    We do not offer independent warranties for products, aside from manufacturer-provided guarantees.

    Cancellation Policy

    You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, starting from the day you receive your order or the last item in a multi-product order.

    To cancel, notify us clearly at hi@houseofhumoer.com within the 14-day window. Simply refusing to accept the package is not sufficient to cancel the order.

    Return goods promptly and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. ENSURE the items are securely packaged to avoid damage, as the risk remains with you until the goods are received.

    Certain items, such as food products (tea, coffee, sweets, etc.), cannot be returned under the Consumer Contracts Act.

    For non-food items, any reduction in resale value due to improper handling may result in partial or no reimbursement. You may inspect items as you would in a physical store, but any excessive use will incur deductions from your refund.

    We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but we may wait until the returned item is received or evidence of its return is provided. Shipping costs for the original delivery are included in the refund, unless you selected a more expensive shipping method than the standard option.

    Smile Guarantee

    Your happiness is important. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, a refund is available under our Smile Guarantee. This guarantee applies to one product per year and is subject to the following conditions:

    • Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • The guarantee covers one individual product only, no matter the size of your overall order.
    • To request a refund, contact us at hi@houseofhumoer.com with details of your order, the product in question, and your reason for dissatisfaction.

    Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 days.

    Please note that the Smile Guarantee is valid for one product per customer per calendar year. It’s part of our commitment to ensuring a purchase you’ll feel good about.

    Right to Amend Terms

    Treasured Services reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions on this website. Stay updated by reviewing the latest version regularly.

    Misuse

    Improper use of our services will result in reporting to relevant authorities.

    Personal Data Handling

    To fulfill your order, we collect the following details:

    • Name, address, phone number, and email address.

    We share the necessary details with GLS to ensure proper delivery but store personal data for five years, after which it is securely deleted.
    If you have concerns over data handling, contact our Data Protection Officer, Lindsay Karlsen, via hi@houseofhumoer.com.

    You may request to view or correct your stored personal data at any time.

    Access to complaints

    Should you wish to escalate a concern, please contact us at hi@houseofhumoer.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with relevant boards in the area, if the conditions for this are met.
