BREATHE calming tea

Ingredients: Honeybush (South Africa), rooibos* (South Africa), sage leaves*, licorice roots*, lemon balm leaves*, tulsi herb*, nettle leaves*, lavender flowers*. *100% natural, sustainably grown. No added flavours.

Preparation: Boil water to 100°C. Add 2 teaspoons of BREATHE to your infuser or reusable tea bag and pop it into your mug. Pour water over and brew for 8 minutes. Take a sip, and... exhale.
